First of all the truck runs great and shifts great, no engine or transmission issues. I just installed a brand new radiator, hoses, thermostat and heavy duty serpentine belt less than 20 miles ago. I bought this truck as a project and have overwhelmed myself with too many other truck projects at one time as you can see in my background pics. This truck was used in a firewood business and the bed had been beat up pretty bad, I installed a near new bed from a 95 that had been taken off when it was new, so this bed is in perfect condition aside from some discoloration from sun damage and a small patch of the common dodge peeling paint. The front passengers fender has broken loose on the bottom mount and can be welded back together very easily. The hood latch is broken and the hood is held closed with a tie down. The rear drivers side leaf spring bolt hole began to get ovaled out and was welded in place, (see pic). The frame on the passengers side front had a crack and was repaired, (see pic). The rear ABS sensor located in the rear axle housing is bad and needs to be replaced if you want ABS, its about $30 from Napa and will take 10 minutes to change. The drivers seat is obviously ripped from 293k miles of geetting in and out. The steering is a little sloppy due to a worn idler arm, another cheap easy fix. The a/c does not work due to a freon leak but the compressor spins smoothly and freely. There is no rust anywhere on the truck. Thats it for the bad! The good is that it runs great and and is pretty peppy. It has a #5 fuel plate with the highly desirable P7100 injector pump, a k&n air filter and a 3 1/2 Big truck muffler that exits under the bed. The truck fires right up and has nice solid shifts. It has cruise control, power seat, power windows, keyless entry and electronic compass/temperature display. Feel free to come out and inspect/drive this truck before bidding. The rear Dana 80 axle is 4.10 ratio with a limited slip differential. I would have no worries about driving this truck anywhere. My reserve is lower than you will be able to buy any other running dodge cummins here on ebay.
