Start Slideshow Stop Slideshow Next Image Previous Image In 1967, Ford Mustang saw its first major redesign. For the first time since its launch, the car faced some serious competition. This resulted in Ford evaluating the Mustang's strengths and weaknesses. In addition to the Pontiac Firebird, Mercury Cougar, and Plymouth Barracuda, Chevrolet had plans to roll out their new Chevy Camaro muscle car. This resulted in Ford fighting it out with its competition by creating a more muscular and powerful Ford Mustang. This particularly potent 1967 Ford Mustang is an absolute monster on the street! The exterior is finished in Wimbledon white with a blue stripe down the rocker panels mimicking the Shelby cars of the same era. The paint is only a year old and is a strong driver quality with a few flaws such as scratches and chips but nothing major. The chrome was all fresh when the car was painted and shows no major imperfections. Inside, the car has benefitted from new seat covers which look great. The carpet is older and does show some staining and fading but has no major rips or tears. There has been a new center console / arm rest installed that looks great. It is upholstered in the matching vinyl as the seats. There has been an updated set of gauges installed under the dash so you can keep an eye on what’s going on under the hood. The dash does show some minor wear and buckling. Now we get to the business side of this street sleeper. The engine has been completely gone through and features a pile of receipts to document this. The motor is a professionally built 332 cu in small block Ford with 10.1 compression before the blower was added. The engine features Keith Black forged pistons, custom ground Crane cam and roller rockers, RPM aluminum Windsor heads, 4150 Holley blow through carb, MSD ignition and distributor, PS1C Procharger running at 9 lbs, electric fan, Magnaflow electric fuel pump and regulator, cleanable fuel filter located in the driver side front wheel well and an aluminum radiator. The transmission is a completely gone through top loader 4 speed manual, Centerforce stage 3 clutch , aluminum drive shaft, modified fuel tank, true dual exhaust with Flowmaster mufflers, traction bars, Optima battery and the list goes on and on. Getting the power to the ground is the job of the BFG tires that are wrapped around 15 inch Centerline wheels. The car comes with a dyno sheet of 393.51 HP and 382.60 Torque at the rear wheels. Buyer and Seller hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts of Missouri to specifically enforce the agreement to arbitrate and to enter judgment of and enforce the award of the arbitrator. Sorry, but in all fairness to the bidding process, I will NOT disclose my reserve price until the auction has ended. Payment Terms Payment must be made by Cashiers Check, Money Orders or Wire Transfers payable in US Dollars. A Refundable deposit in the amount of $500.00 must be received within Twenty-Four(24)hours of the auctions close either by Master Card, Visa or PayPal. The buyer has seven(7) days from close of auction to inspect the vehicle. If the vehicle is not to your liking within this seven day inspection period then your deposit will be refunded 100%. If an inspection or decision takes longer then seven days and you find the vehicle not to your liking, your deposit will be forfeited and the car will be relisted. Final payment must be received within ten (10) days of the auction close. The refundable deposit only applies if you or an agent inspect said vehicle in St. Louis and find it not to your liking. I will not be responsible for buyers remorse or problems found to said vehicle once they have left my property. I am just being realistic, most of the cars I deal in are vintage and by their very nature will need TLC and some degree of attention sooner or later. These are not new cars and should not be treated as such. Once full payment has been received, Seller will fax a copy of clear title, Bill of sale, Buyers guide and additional DMV forms to the Buyer to sign and return via fax. The forms must be returned to the Seller prior to the shipment of said vehicle. Original paperwork will be sent to Buyer Via overnight mail seven(7)days from date of final payment.
