I am selling this car for my father. He is a retired doctor and he purchased this car brand new in 2003. It is the very RARE VW Beetle TURBO S edition, with special options that were only available on the Turbo S model....6 speed manual transmission, 2-tone black/gray heated leather interior and the 180hp 1.8 Liter Turbo S engine! The car has been very well maintained and babied since being purchased in 2003. Oil has been changed regularly @ 3000 miles and all maintance done according to dealer specs. Below is a list of things that have been performed over the past year. New Battery 12/09 New K&N Airfilter 12/09 New Brakes and Rotors 12/09 New Timing Belt/Water Pump 12/09 (120k miles) New Alternator 9/10 New Radiator Fan 9/10 New O2 sensors 9/10 New Wheel Speed Sensors 11/10 This Turbo S is in wonderful condition with the exception of normal small scratches and maybe a ding or two. There is a dent at the very bottom of the passenger side under skirting...only noticable if you are down under the car and there are two small chips in the windshield (both occurred in 2003, could not get them to show up in pics). The car runs and drives great with no issues at all! If you are looking for a rare car that is a blast to drive and has a ton of life left in it then you have found the one.
