The 2006 BMW M3 Cabriolet has only 37,140 miles on it... it’s practically Brand New for a BMW. The VIN is WBSBR93456PK10927. It was built in Germany at BMW's Regensburg assembly plant in December of 2005 and imported into the USA at the Port of Charleston in South Carolina in January of 2006. It was sold Brand New by Momentum BMW in Houston Texas on March 23rd of 2006 with just 6 miles on the odometer to an owner who leased the vehicle for 36 months and lived in Houston TX. The M3 was kept normally serviced and maintained at Momentum BMW and we have the complete BMW database printout showing no open recalls as well as the full service history with dates and mileages. At the end of the 36 month lease term on March 20th of 2009 and with just 20,920 miles on the odometer, this original owner gave the M3 back to BMW Financial Services. BMW Financial Services offered this M3 to many BMW dealerships via their lease return vehicle auction held in Atlanta Georgia and on May 25th of 2009 with just 21,126 miles on the odometer the vehicle was purchased by Coggin BMW in Fort Pierce Florida. They offered the M3 for sale at their dealership, but since they are a very small BMW store they had no luck and after 60 days they sold the M3 Cabriolet to Lauderdale Imports BMW, a much larger BMW dealership here in Fort Lauderdale FL. This took place on August 20th of 2009 and with just 21,368 miles on the odometer. Lauderdale Imports BMW took only a few days to find this M3 it's next loving owner. On August 31st of 2009 and with just 21,409 miles on the odometer, this M3 Cabriolet was sold to it's second owner who lived in Weston Florida which is a quiet and affluent area. This second owner kept the BMW normally serviced at Lauderdale BMW of Pembroke Pines in Pembroke Pines FL, and again, we have the BMW Database printout showing the service records with dates and mileages. After enjoying this M3, in January of 2011 with just 37k miles on the odometer, this second owner decided it was time for something different. They traded it in at Lauderdale Infiniti in Fort Lauderdale Florida on a brand new G37S. I bought this BMW directly from Lauderdale Infiniti to offer for sale here on eBay. It starts right up and purrs... She is very peppy and I drove it on the highway and looked down and saw I was doing 80 and the engine had plenty more power to give me. The tires on this BMW are the proper sized Michelin Pilot Sport A/S Plus P225/40ZR19's in the front and P255/55ZR19's in the rear with approx 30% tread life left. The vehicle looks absolutly amazing for its age and mileage. The exterior has a very nice glossy shine and the paint has zero fade. Some very minor rock chips do exist but nothing that takes away from this beautiful machine. The interior shows very little wear and the leather looks very clean and is free of any tears. The trim is free of any fade and looks beautiful. I have one master key, the owners manuals, as well as the original carpet floormats. In addition, we have the complete BMW database printout showing no open recalls as well as the full service history with dates and mileages. I have run the Carfax on this BMW M3 Cabriolet and it came back PERFECTLY Clean with no accident history. It also notes the Carfax Buyback Guarantee. I have also run the AutoCheck on this BMW M3 Cabriolet and it came back with no accident history. I see it, you see it, let's talk about it... the Autocheck report for some odd reason thinks that this vehicle has had a possibility of odometer rollback. It sees that on 8/11/09 it was reported at 21,423 via an online dealer to dealer ad via the auto auction and on 8/20/09 the odometer was reported at 21,368 via the FL DMV which was also the date that the vehicle was sold from the one BMW dealer to the other BMW dealer. It is pretty easy to see that the online ad must have had a mileage typo, probably 21,323 or something... it doesnt make any sense that someone whould commit odometer fraud over a few days and a few miles, plus, these modern vehicles keep the mileage in memory within the ignition key and two seperate computers in the vehicle. Remember, on 8/21/09, the vehicle was sold to its second owner with 21,409 miles on the odometer by a BMW franchised dealership. It is obvisouly a mistake and nothing to worry about. As standard practice... on any vehicle we purchase; we have a Post Sale Inspection done by an ASE Certified and NAAA Frame Inspection Certified inspector. This is an inspection that checks the major mechanicals of the vehicle as well as a full frame and structure inspection. This inspection, if a defect is found, allows us to give back the vehicle to who we bought it from; therefore rest assured that you are not bidding on and buying a piece of junk.
