1972 FORD MUSTANG GRANDE MACH 1 TRIBUTE 351C CLEAN CAR! Up for auction is a classic American beauty gray 1972 Ford Mustang Grande. Solid straight body, no rust with a fresh pepper gray mettalic paint (same as Eleanor from Gone in 60 Seconds) job with black Mach 1 stripes. Paint is single stage polyurethane with integrated clear coat. Paint was recently professionally cut and polished. Stripes are a 3M vinyl kit from Mustangs Unlimited. Exterior body, floor pans and bed are solid with no rust. Original Mach 1 grill with functional fog lights. New front headlights have been installed. This Mustang has the rare front urethane bumper which is in very nice shape for its age. All of the chrome trim including rear bumper are original, complete in great shape. Wheels are the original stock steel wheels that came with the car. Original FOMOCO hubcaps and trim rings included. Tires are in good shape size 195/75/14 front and 205/75/14 out back. This Mustang has a rebuilt 351 Cleveland motor and a rebuilt C4 three speed automatic transmission (approximately 15,000 miles on both motor and trans). It sounds and runs great with plenty of power. Turn key motor with no apparent issues. A lot of work has been performed to the motor and has received many performance parts including: Rebuilt Motorcraft 2V carburetor New dual exhaust system Accel Distibutor new spark plug wires Flex-a-lite flex fan new fuel pump new starter new hoses a recent tune-up and oil change Interior is in great shape. Seats have been re-upholstered, new carpet installed, new door panels, new headliner, new dash pad. Instrument cluster and center console are all original in nice shape. Glass is all in good shape. Windows roll up and down fine. Turn signals, wipers. Stereo is a Pioneer CD deck with door mounted 6 inch speakers and a box in the trunk with two 12's. Heater works great, this is a factory A/C car, needs compressor to be complete. Front power disc brakes work great. Power steering car. Completely rebuilt front end and recent alignment. Car drives and handles nicely. Undercarriage is solid no rust or patch panels. Trunk is nice with no major rust. Original trunk mat is included with car. Clean and clear title in hand.
