Vehicle Detail
this "no reserve" auction is for a really nice 1968 Karmann Ghia convertible. Im listing this for a friend. She bought the car 8 years ago and it's been sitting in the garage. It only gets driven in the summer on weekends. the car had 65,000 miles on it when she bought it and the speedo broke at 66,000 miles. she figures there is no way she has put more than 10,000 miles since then so the car shouldn't have more than 76,000 miles on it. This car is a third owner car and has been in California all of its life. "No rust". This car is very clean and runs perfect. the exterior has been painted and its light metallic blue. the original color was a light blue. Please see the picture of inside the trunk and that is the orginal color. The body is straight. The top is in excellent condition. The interior is in good condition. "I will ship this world wide". I will assist in anyway that I can to help with shipping of the car. Im very familiar with shipping Harley's all over the world. The winning bidder is responsable for all shipping cost. Please read my feedbacks. I normally sell Harley Davidsons but im doing a favor for a friend. I am up front and honest. If you have any questions at all please feel free to email me or call me. I can also put you in touch with the owner. my number is 916-595-3402 George. Check out my other items! On Jan-17-11 at 15:43:24 PST, seller added the following information: Please note!!! I took some undercarriage pics of the car. In the floor under the back seat passenger side I noticed some corrosion in the area where the back seat passengers feet would be. only on the right side. everywhere else looks perfect. If you want the pics of it just email me your personal email address and I will forward the pics of the complete undercarriage to you. thank you. George
