I purchased it from its second owner in September 08 with 92,000 miles on it. it is a very nice 1996 F-350 4x4 Crew Cab XLT168" Widebody Styleside 7.3 Litre Turbo Diesel "Powerstroke" 5 Speed Manual O/D-HD Transmission with a Gear Vendor under/overdrive unit. This truck has been well maintained it's entire life, I used the truck while working on a oil and gas pipeline extension in the central Illinois area. I live in Oklahoma and would tow a skid steer and various skid steer attachments to Illinois once a month for about 6 days. Other than this the truck had very light use while in Oklahoma. I can not speak for the previous two owners use of the truck other than towing a boat, both of these owners were Air Force so I do not imagine it was used for more than recreational towing. The truck has a laundry list of additional acessories and a very well documented service history by all owners. The truck has some imperfection dings and scratches, see pics. The headache rack and bed fuel tank are removed in the pics for cleaning and will be reinstalled. Here are some of the recent upgrades/ routine maintenance items I have had done The truck has a Gear Vendor Under/Overdrive unit which I had remaned approximatley 16,000 miles ago. The transmission flywheel has been changed to a single mass flywheel and a South Bend Style Organic Furamic clutch (Not South Bend but similar built by L&S Specialties in Tulsa, OK) during this update/repair the clutch slave cylinder and master cylinder was replaced Mileage was 111,235. During this same time in-shop the exhaust was replaced with the MBRP 4" turbo back with no cat just a muffler. The entire brake system has been gone through to include new rotors drums system flush pads and shoes. Currently the documentation I have shows the system flush drums and shoes replaced this was at 125,679. I will get the other info about the front and it will be avaliable upon request. In the short of things the truck has had its regular maintenance. I had an injector and the injector control module replaced due to failure along with both injector harnesses that are under the valve covers, I will get this documentation also as it was done through the dealership. The most recent repair was the High pressure oil pump orings, the diesel lift pump, and the turbo orings on the pedstal and oil lines. I have many more documented service visits but these are the most significant. This does not need to be said to a powerstroke enthusiast but for those not familar, this truck has many more miles left in it and would be great in front of a 5th wheel or horse trailer. This is my third F350 Powerstroke and I have always been pleased with the capability. List of all the goodies: MBRP 4 inch exhaust, Gear Vendor, The truck has 4:10 ratio (it is around 3:55 when the gear vendor is on), 60 gallon tank in the bed with push button feed into front factory tank, headache rack, heavy duty rear bumper, ATS Diesel performance Intercooler, ATS three stage programer, S&B Air Intake, Tuff Country Front Suspension leveling kit, Bilstein shocks at all corners, Firestone load leveling rear air bags with onboard compressor and in cab controls and gauge, Mag light rechargable flashlight, Interupt switch for trailer lights, goose neck ball, In bed trailer wiring, bumper trailer wiring, trailer brake control box, Ford factory idle controller, Ram Mounts Laptop stand, Ram Mounts Iphone holder, Kenwood in Dash Navigation/DVD/Sirius Satelite, Pillar three gauge pod with load level gauge and EGT gauge one hole is empty for a gauge of your choice, I am sure there is something I am forgetting but this is what I remember for now. The truck is listed for sale locally, I reserve the right to end auction early due to sale outside Ebay. I will show the truck locally please contact me to setup a time.
