1972 Very Nice Chevrolet C20 3/4 Ton, 2WD truck for sale or trade. I have owned the truck for approx. 1 1/2 years, and just used it for pleasure riding around town. I purchased the truck from my friend, I wouldn't be affraid to drive this truck across the U.S. because it has proven to be so dependable. The truck drives amazing well, with very tight steering, and it sounds awesome with the original 402 cubic inch big block engine, and dual exhaust, with Flowmaster mufflers BRAND NEW FLOWTECH CERAMIC HEADERS. The original engine and the original Turbo 400 automatic transmission were rebuilt approx. 25k miles ago. The engine runs excellent, and the transmission shifts perfectly. The truck is almost all original, with only a few modifications. The carburetor and breather, were changed to an upgraded Eldebrock carburetor, specifically for that truck. The truck has the original color on the exterior and the interior. The 8 lug chrome wheels are practically brand new, I put them on the truck one month ago, while the tires are in excellent shape, with approx. 90% tread wear left on them. Mechanically, the truck is in very good condition. If there was anything wrong with the vehicle, I would have already fixed it Recent tune up with electronic ingnition,plugs wires etc.. . The entire chassis and underside of the truck is very solid without any type of damage, or rust. I was amazed how good the underside of the truck looked when I first looked at it. The upper body side molding is missing on the truck, but the parts are readily available from several classic truck companies An AM/FM radio with CD player is mounted in the glove compartment, with the speakers mounted on both doors. The sound system sounds very good. All of the glass is in excellent conditon without any cracks or chips. The windows roll up and down properly, and the vent windows work perfectly. The truck is very tight, and has been garage kept it's entire life. This would make someone an outstanding truck! It definitely gets a lot of attention when driving it, because of the deep big block sound of the Flowmasters, and the classic look.
