Vehicle Detail
Up for sale is my 1966 F250 project truck. I regrettably have to sell before completion do to a surprise addition to our family. It has the original 352 v8 that was recently rebuilt and has been driven less than 100 miles since. It has a brand new exhaust system with a new set of headers. It also has a brand new brake system with only a couple of miles on them. It has brand new tires and I managed to find an original set of F250 hubcaps, also no longer being reproduced. I found all original emblems for it that are in great shape, since F250 emblems are not being reproduced that was a chore. I put in a replacement radiator support that is in excellent shape, these are also not being reproduced. It has a brand new radiator as well. I also recently added a new chrome alternator, Mallory electronic ignition, and voltage regulator. In the cab I installed a new glove box, new light switch, lighter, some missing knobs and the original upholstery still looks good. All the mechanical systems on this truck are in perfect running condition. It just ain't pretty to look at yet! I have started the body work but there is still a ways to go before paint. I replaced the passenger cab mount, the driver side still looks good. I have cut out and welded in patches on the passenger side interior and primed them ready for paint. It had a utility bed that I removed and replaced it with a stepside longbed which was very hard to find. I have another set of fenders for the bed that are in pretty good shape. The trucks body has rust in all the usual places take a look at pictures they say it all. I probably have close to $4000.00 in it so whoever gets this will be way ahead in the restoration. I will entertain any reasonable offers as I have to get it sold ASAP. Thanks for looking and good luck. If you cannot abide by these payment options, please do not bid. If you choose the "Buy It Now" option and cannot abide by the payment options the truck will be relisted. Thank you.
