Vehicle Detail

Here's your chance to get a CHEAP Regal Turbo. This is no show car - has some rust and needs alot of cosmetic help. The front end, motor, drive train, tranny and rear end seem to be real strong and the car has no leaks. Cranks first time every time and runs and drives pretty well. Turbo has the boost it should. It does have some rust issues at bottom of doors and undercarriage. Driver floor appears to have been replaced leaving the old rusted one underneath. Has a new ECM and ignition module. The headlights, tailights, turnsignals, etc. all work as they should. The gauge set does not work, but a new digital gauge set comes with the car. The power windows and locks were working, but I think I blew a fuse because they wouldn't work earlier today - I'll try to fix that before you buy it. Needs a new set of door and trunk locks - they are included and it has a new ignition set, too. Look at the pics - if you want a T Type to go out in this Saturday - lay out the $8500 - $12000 needed for one of the other five on Ebay. If you want a car you can drive while you make it worth that $8500 - $12000 for about $2500, then this is your Baby! All of the parts you need are on Ebay and they are relatively cheap - like a $139 carpet set and a $50 steering wheel. .I have a restored 85 Grand National and a 67 Camaro RS convertible - I don't need this T Type. I bought it to restore before I found the GN and bought it. Check out the pics and bid if you want to - I will gladly help with shipping, but it is sold as is - where is. If it closes at more than $2700, I will help pay up to $300 for shipping to winners location. It is for sale locally, too - so auction may end before time alotted. Good luck - once you get finished with this car, you'll be happy with it and about $4500 in your pocket. On Jan-09-11 at 06:51:42 PST, seller added the following information: I have had several questions about whether the winning bidder can drive the car home. While it is certainly up to the new owner, I would not attempt to drive this car long distances in it's current shape. The tires are a makeshift set culled from a local tire store's tires that they had replaced. Until you replace the gauge set, you have no gas gauge, temp gauge or oil pressure gauge. If it were me, I'd trailer it to your location and drive it in the area while you replaced these few items. I drove it from North memphis to here (about 125 miles) and it did great, but I would still trailer it or have it shipped. You will be amazed at how cheap car shipping really is if it isn't across the entire country.
