This is a very nice 1983 Porsce 911 SC Cabriolet, the first year for Convertibles, one of only 1781 cabriolets that year. This car has a documented 83,371 original miles. This has been a true southern car that was bought originally in South Carolina and its other owner lives in North Caolina. No rust on this car, undercarriage looks great, all original. I do have the majority of the Service records that I will list later in the ad. This car is all original and it looks great. Original wheels, steering wheel, interior, etc. No evidence of any wrecks, body looks arrow straight. Appears to have been repainted once several years ago, very quality job with a great shine. No dents to speak of, but it does have a few very minor scratches here and there. Worse one being on drivers door below mirrow, I took a picture. Again body is great and paint looks good. Interior of this car is in excellent shape, one of the best I've seen in an old Porsche, steering wheel and dash are perfect. Seats are in excellent shape as well. All the gauges seem to function properly, as do the lights. Headlights were upgraded to HI's, but I have the original lights and bezels. Power windows work great, The blower motor for the A/C works good, the heater Blower Motor is not functioning , Defrost and levers work great, supplys plenty of heat. The top is in excellent shape, no problems there, also the boot is included and it looks great as well. Driving the car is a blast, mechanically everything seems to be in order, motor pulls strong, no smoke at all. Transmission shifts great, synchros and clutch feel great as well. Very tight driving, steering is tight and crisp, no complaints there. Also amazingly there is very little if any wind noise with the top up! Lights and signals appear to be functioning properly, just recently passed NC inspection. Clean and clear North Carolina title in hand. This car has a verified Carfax and Autocheck which confirm the miles. I do have the original Porsche Tool bag(with all tools, belt), Porsche Air Compressor, owners and service manuals, very complete and honest car.
