The engine turns over good and the throttle works and so does the choke. Perfect for a resoration project, or, get it running. It's all there. There's even some tools in the tool box. I have too many projects right now for my day job and no time to work on bikes, so, she's gotta go to hopefully a good Honda lover!!!! These were very cool bikes. When I was 22, a friend of mine and I went on a bike trip camping up to Traverse City, MI. and he had one of these CL 350's. I had a Honda SL350. We had a blast!!!
