Selling this one family owned W140, 1992 Mercedes Benz 500SEL. Originally purchased by my brother-in-law and loving owned since 1992. It is smoke silver on brown with limo seating in the rear. The rear seat not only is heated, it reclines and has it's own seat controls on each side. There's even separate vanity mirrors for the rear passengers. The leather is in great shape with no tears or stains. It has been maintained, evidenced by the file full of service records. My brother-in-law is very serious about maintaining his vehicles. It sports Michelin tires all the way around with lots of tread left. The paint gleams and there is no evidence of clearcoat checking throughout the car. It comes with complete books and manuals. The only S-Class more luxurious was the beasty 600SEL with the big 12 cylinder motor. Ride in style with the dual pane glass and style. Not only is it quiet, it feels like you are riding in an armored car. It is the most luxurious ride possible in 1992! The sunroof slides freely to left the sunshine or moonlight in. The A/C will need to be recharged in the future. It blow lukewarm. Selling this Mercedes to clear out the garage for my new track car. The ashtray and lighter have never been used. The tires are Michelin and have deep tread. The car has a c/d changer in the trunk. The tool kit and first aid kit have never been opened. The battery is new. I put it in 09/10. The sticker is still on the battery. I have all the service records. The car was over 100k new. The title is clean and in my name. The car is registered until June 2011. The dash is not cracked. The vanity mirrors, front and back all work. The rear view mirror is electric and it works too. I am selling this car is free up garage space for my 1995 BMW M3. If I had the space, I would keep it. My sister is yapping at me daily about the car.
