Vehicle Detail
i am selling a beautiful porsche 914, this car truely is like brand new. its like going down in 1972 and buying one, sticking it in a garage somewhere and now opening it. ye, it truely is that nice.the car is stock from ground up. i tried to take pics of everything i could. but i will be more than happy to take any other pics or the car anywhere you want and mail them to you. you will be hard pressed to find any dents on the car. you can reach me at 719-321-7792 or email me. just let me know what you want and i'll get it for you.this car was owned by one family. it hasn't been driven much. i know it has a new rebuilt motor in it and it has around what the speedo says, which is just under 5k. the car runs and drives like new. and i'll back that up. i would trust this car to drive anywhere you wanted to go. its that strong. the motor is a 1.7lt.please look at the picture gallery and take a look for your self. under the car is just as clean as the top. i have been in the car buis for 18 years. recently moved to colorado to run 5 stores out here. well two weeks into my new job i got into a major accident. it left me about dead, on life support. i had a 30% chance of making it through. but i'm a fighter and i made it. bad news is and have lost everything due to not having insurance at time of accident. good things, i'm ubove ground and have a ton of clients built up through the years that usually call me first. lets just say i treated them right.so since i'm not aloud to work and social security and disability takes two years to go through i'm brokering cars that i like. you are more than welcome to have an inspector come out to look at the car. i usually only get the best, like this one. and i go over them with aline tooth comb. but please have someone else come on out and take a look and a drive. the car was repainted around 15 years ago. like i said it has not been driven much lately. it was the grand parents car and once grandma passed. grandpa just parked it. now the motor and fluids were all just gone through. all the compretion in all the cylinders are top notch. i may have answered your question i may not have. but please just call or email me. i will say im a stand up guy and old school. your word is all you have. im a 33' master maison. and 5th generation. so that is the way i was raised. please get ahold of me if there is anything you need, it is a great car and good luck on your bidding. i will say that if we meet at a reasonable price, i will end auction early but car must be paid in full. for all of you out there that emailed me about my silver 914 that i ended the auction early two weeks ago. well, thats what happen. if you like the car and its what your looking for, don't miss the ball. ALSO, IF YOU ARE NOT A SERIOUS BUYER, OR IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE MONEY, OR NEED APPROVAL. DO NOT BID ON THIS CAR. IT IS EXTREEMLY IMPORTANT FOR MY FAMILY TO PULL THE MONEY OUT OF THIS CAR. MEDICAL BILLS ARE STILL GOING UP. thank you so much for looking and good luck.On Dec-24-10 at 16:50:09 PST, seller added the following information: for all the people who keep asking about paint and body condition, there are a few dings here and there. when i say a few i mean a few. pretty much flawless. as far as nicks and scratches. you might be able to find a couple around the car.the hood wich you think would be chipped all over, has NONE. the passenger door has a scratch on it were someone scratched it on purpose. you can see it from about 5 feet away and you have to know where to look. i have the color keyed paint that will be going with the car just incase you get a door ding or a chip or scratch. the interior is pretty much flawless too. all the seats are very soft. they are by no means drying out or dried out. there were two or three little tears in the interior. so there is some black duck tape over the tears.if you look real hard at the passenger door along the top you will see a peace of the tape. now the tear behind that peace of tape looks like something got caught on it and gave it a snag. you can just close the tear with the material its not like a hole or anything. so just put a peace of duck tape over them and it stays forever. you know duck tape.the rims are not all scraped up or anything likr that. and the bottom of the car is great along the rockers and intire pan. see theres always things that you can leave out that people want to know. so please email or call me. 719-321-7792. Again, Thank all of you for looking and bidding on the car. you'll be happy if you get her. John.On Dec-24-10 at 17:21:38 PST, seller added the following information: ok, for the guy who can not figure out how a 1972 with 5k miles on it needed a new motor. the speedo is reported TMU. The new rebuilt motor has around 5k miles on it as well. alot of people redo the speedos in the older cars to reflect the new motor. but the title will say 0 miles. Colorado just reports the miles as 0 miles. miles are exempt. any more questions please just ask. i'm syre 99.9% of the people in the world new that but there ya go for the .1% out there. Again Thanks for looking John
