Up for sale is a 1985 Chevy Corvette. I purshased this vehicle in may of 2010 looking for a "toy". Something to sunday drive. Got busy with work and its been sitting in my garage since I bought it. Selling because i need the space for another project. The seat cover is custom made for this model car, passenger is still in the box and goes with the car($160 value). As seen in pictures the cover isnt all the way on, just on the seat to show it. The actual seat has some cuts in the leather, that was the reason for getting the covers. Things that I have found wrong with the car since i got it. Engine - runs strong with a jump. Seems like there's some kind of electrical problem. Small oil leak from somewhere. Trans - Linkage is alittle off. shifts into every gear easily, but its off going from 2 to 3 and back. Also grinds into reverse sometimes. body - Looks like some one tried to repair the drivers side rear panel and had no idea what they were doing. It's got spray paint covering what looks like bad body work. Tires - just terrible, need to be replaced immediatly. I paid 3500 for this car. Haven't driven it more then 10 miles since I bought it. With alittle tlc this could be your dream car. I plan on taking some more pictures once i have it in the sun so the drivers side damage is more visable. Snow storm hit over the weekend or I would of pulled it out of the garage. Also, I have kept this car inside since I got it. Top fits fine, but i dont fit in with the top on if anyone was curious why it was off.
