1997 Ford Explorer with 4WD. Has about 173,000 miles. Runs and drives. It has a 4.0 V6 engine. It has a standard 5-speed transmission. The 4x4 works good. It has all power options - power windows, power mirrors, power locks, tilt wheel. The tires have vey little wear and the tread is nearly full. It has a Massachusetts inspection sticker that expired last month. It has a good quality after market CD player. Some issues: Both rocker panels (area under doors) were repaired by an amateur before I bought it. They look OK but could be done better (see pictures). Occasionally the steering wheel has a slight shake. I'm not sure what’s causing it. It seems to drive OK at high and low speeds (the shake is unpredictible and brief when it happens). Rear trunk hatch lever doesn't work properly. A $200 deposit is due wihtin 48 hours of auction end. Local pickup preferred. Cash at time of pickup also preferred. Full payment and pickup due within 7 days of auction end.
