Vehicle Detail

1990 Porsche 928 S4 for sale. Completely stock except for the stereo. Leather seats are mint, body is straight, paint is great. I am going to describe everything I can about the car, good and bad Awesome car for its age, engine is strong as new.Transmission shifts strong and has zero problems. Timing belts done 20,000 miles ago, big money saver for the next ownerPrevious owner to me owned a German car repair shop, specializing in Porsche cars. This was his car and he maintained it to perfectionPorsche wheels with a larger profile then the standard wheel, from a 1997 911. There are no tire pressure monitors in the rims so it sets off the light on the dash. Leather seats are perfect, no wearing out, they look and feel like new, the passenger seat could use 2 stitches near the front, simply a cosmetic thing and you wouldn't see it if it was not pointed out to youAir conditioning is ice cold.Power everything - power windows, power locks, power sun roof, cruise control, you name it and it has it.Zero rust, its an Arizona car. The only thing that doesn't work on the car is the rear hatch release from inside the car. It might be a cable or the releasing mechanism, not sure, never bothered me. There are a few minor cosmetic things that could be fixed, but hardly noticeable. The drivers side rear window needs two trim arches and the rear bumper needs the small rubber between the bumper and the hatch, just the cosmetic one, not the seal.It has a few chip marks from the road on the front, typical for Arizona. The dash has one small crack and the steering pod has a few cracks too. A dash filler would do the trick, I am not good with that stuff so I never messed with it. For full disclosure purposes, the car did have a salvage title way back in 1996 I think, it has a normal title now and has had a normal title for like the last 10 or 12 years. Not sure what the issue was back then, it was way before I owned the car. The car has been fully inspected, no damage anywhere, frame is as good as new, no damage anywhere. No one can figure why it had that, but the title is clean now. It might have been an insurance claim thing, who knows for sure. I am unhappy to sell the car, but I just have too many toys and not enough time to use them. Someone is going to get one heck of a car.
