Vehicle Detail
Up for auction is a 1970 Roadrunner clone that is setup for street/ strip use. The car runs great (car will slam you back, best running 383 I have ever had) has a built 383 with tunnel ram and 2 4 barrel carbs. The car is tuned in and ready for street or track, fires up soon as you turn the key. The 383 has 10.5 to 1 compression with a .520 lift cam and is very streetable, complete hi performance fuel system with electric holley blue pump, runs great on pump gas and is very reliable. It has a neck snapping 727 trans that is beefed up with a 3000 stall converter with a reverse manual valve body, car jumps right off the line (with slicks will probably pull front wheels pretty good) snaps you back every shift and is a blast to drive. The previous owner invested $10,000 in the driveline alone. The rear end is an 8 ¾ with a 3.55 suregrip unit with 489 casing. It is an excellent package and works great together. For serious strip use this car must have slicks but is a lot of fun the way it is. The interior is in great conditon for its age. The headliner is still in good conditon as is the dashpad. Really the only thing the car needs is a paint job, and you will have one hell of a car. Please only bid if you have the money, there is a $200 non refundable deposit due within 48hours after the auction end and full payment within 7 days. There is a ton more to say about this car so for all serious buyers please call Kevin at 812-530-7384 Thanks for looking and happy holidays to all.
