This is a clean 1997 Mitsubishi Eclipse GS Hatchback. This car comes with a clean transferable title, and a smog certificate. This item is being sold for a charity and we have no history on the car. The body is straight and complete, the paint is in good shape, all glass is fine, and the wheels and tires look good but tire may need to be replaced soon as tread is getting low. The body does have normal scrapes and dings all around. The front ground trim is slightly cracked and for light cap is missing, (see pics). The engine compartment is clean; the back area is clean with good spare and tools. The interior is in good shape and needs only minor cosmetic work. The Carpet and floor mats have normal wear but not bad. The seats are in good shape with normal wear but no rips. The headliner and door panels are ok; the dash is in decent shape as well. All of the power options appear to work fine, The A/C works but is not very cold. This Car appears to run ok, it has not been driven expensively by us but it does appear to shift, brake, and accelerate fine. It will need a new battery as it has been sitting. We do have all keys and manuals. No Reserve, the buyer must pick up this item no later than 7 days after the end of the auction. Please bid accordingly... Attention Non California buyers, this Car is being sold on an application for duplicate title because the original certificate was lost, but still a clean transferable title exists for this item; we can order an actual certificate but it takes 4-6 weeks. Prior to bidding please check with your local department of motor vehicles to see if you will need an actual certificate.
