Deposit: Deposit of at least $500 must be paid within 24 hours of auction close. We do have PayPal, and we accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, & American Express). Deposit goes toward the purchase price.
Payment: Vehicle will not be available for pickup or shipping until full payment is received and cleared by our local bank. Buyer has 3 days to pay in full. We cannot accept checks. We cannot accept credit cards for the entire purchase - only for a down payment or a deposit. If buyer is not using us to obtain financing, we require a wire transfer for pre-payment in full. (We do have a return policy, if once you see the vehicle you aren't satisfied that it is as it was described.) This payment method helps you get the title faster, since we can get it to you as soon as payment and paperwork is received. As soon as the money is in our account (it takes an extra business day if the transfer occurs after 3 p.m. Eastern time), and then the properly signed paperwork and documentation (for example, photo ID) is received, we will be able to release the title to you. Please keep this in mind as you plan to register your car. We can get you temporary tags, so you don't get pulled over for that reason while you're on your way home!
Title: We obtain our inventory from a number of sources. We physically possess titles to some of our vehicles. Titles to other vehicles are still in transit. There is a possibility that we may not receive the title for 6-8 weeks from the lender, so there could be a delay in getting the title to you in those rare cases. If you would like to check on the title's status, please just ask us!
Warranty: Vehicles are covered by manufacturer's warranty, if applicable and transferrable. Others are sold with a Driver's Way limited warranty, and others are sold As-Is.
Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with your vehicle upon delivery, please notify us immediately. Returns are accepted within 3 days of purchase (or delivery, if vehicle was shipped). You will be responsible for return shipping, but your deposit is refundable.
Financing: We offer financing through a number of lenders. We have financing through national lenders, and we also have financing for both primary and secondary credit. We have no financing for international customers. (*For motorcycles, we only have financing for local residents.) Please see our website or contact us if you would like to complete a credit application. If you're financing with us, we will need proof of full-coverage insurance to submit to our lender.
