Vehicle Detail

One thing for sure---you won't ever meet yourself coming down the road if you're driving this thing! Definitely one-of-a-kind.... The usual features--- Bulletproof 318(5.2L) fuel injected engine and automatic transmission with 4 wheel drive Power accessories....steering, brakes, windows, locks, mirrors, cruise control, tilt column, am/fm/cassette(also has a JVC multi-disc changer under the seat) Air conditioning Cloth interior featuring a new headliner blah blah blah.......all that stuff that you could order when new, it has it all. The cool stuff...... Well.....first off, the custom paint, professionally done, completely color sanded and polished to perfection basecoat/clearcoat custom one-off color using PPG materials. High quality, and durable. Pics don't do justice to the color---it's best described as looking like a bottle of Mountain Dew! Looks different in different light. Really unusual and eye-catching. Add to that the body colored flares and the Rumble Bee stripes and you have a unique 4x4. Other accessories include a chrome roll bar, a 4" body lift kit, off-road lights, clearance lights, fog lights, Smittybuilt nerf bars, stainless steel chrome plated bull bar, billet grille inserts, bedliner, Flowmaster muffler with Silverline stainless exhaust tips. 14-36.5 on/off road tires on 15x10 American Racing wheels. For you nitpicky folks, here's the bad---tiny tear on the side bolster of the driver's seat. Small peck dent right in the middle of the hood about the size of a quarter(paint isn't broken, so one of those dent doctor guys could fix it) Steering wheel-- the leather a little dried out on top.Chicken lights on the roof don't work, but I haven't looked into that. Fuse maybe? Tires are checked a little---"I" wouldn't be scared to run them a while, but some people might be. That's it. I've had this truck a couple years, and now it's time to move on. Good truck, ready to roll. Sorry, no trades. You're welcome to come look and drive. Got questions? Call Mike at six one five 289 8243. On Dec-18-10 at 14:07:49 PST, seller added the following information: I've been slammed with calls and emails asking questions, so let me cover a few things...... Body/paint/rust issues---- The paint is recent, and there was NO rust or rot, Color is custom, not original, nor is the Rumble Bee stripe kit Tires----- Again, I am not afraid to run them, but you might be. They are bouncy(need balanced), and checked some(dry rot), but have great tread and have new tire tubes in them..... but I guess it all amounts to what your intentions are. If you're planning on buying this truck for your 100 mile a day commute and expect it to ride like a new Cadillac--you're not gonna be happy. If it's gonna be your around-town toy/weekend mud buggy, then you're good to go. Engine/trans/mechanical----- It's all good. Runs/drives/shifts like it's supposed to. A/C blows cold, heater blows hot. Ithought I'd be nice and change the oil yesterday, and discovered a small coolant leak. I replaced the water pump(new, not rebuilt) AND the thermostat....turns out the leak was from the rubber crossover hose between the pump and intake manifold---go figure. Exhaust-----and this may be a concern for some folks, something I just realized. The catalytic converter has been replaced with a straight pipe. I'm not sure, it might affect you if you live in an area that requires emissions inspections. Cost to replace, I've been told, could be $150-250. Said pipe goes into a single inlet/dual outlet Flowmaster muffler, and out dual tailpipes. Sounds great---not obnoxious at all. Trades? Sorry. I'm not interested in a mobile home or a coon dog or grandma's wedding ring or any kind of car or truck, no matter what it is---so sorry. I have several project cars that need attention(32 Ford, 63 Corvette, 36 Ford, 62 Cadillac, etc)If I quit my job and started finishing my dream cars I doubt I'd live long enough to finish them all! No, not bragging---I'm just trying to clarify just why I won't consider a trade Zero feedback bidders-----I was there once....but never bid thousands on a car. Show some respect and CONTACT me before you bid, please. I have the right to CANCEL your bid if I smell a scam. Lighting-------yes, the lights all word except for the yellow lights on the roof. Payment------ Cash in person OR a wire transfer.I no longer trust cashier's checks, money orders or personal checks, nor do I trust pay pal for amounts over a few hundred dollars(too easy to get screwed there too, so) If you can't get here within a few days, I would expect a deposit please---we can work that out after the auction ends. If I have misrepresented this truck, you are under no obligation to buy it-----that does NOT mean if you get here and it's not what YOU thought it was it's okay to back out or try to negotiate a lower price. I AM A MAN OF MY WORD, and I expect NO LESS from you. Feel free to ask any and all the questions you might have before to commit to buy---my number's listed above! Thank you for your interest, and Merry Christmas!
