Up for Auction is a really Clean 79 Pontiac Trans Am Came factory with 403 replaced with XA 77 400 Pontiac motor will run with Carb has Aluminum Edelbrock Intake manifold story I got was previous owner started restoration and then stop .the body is Clean no dents, only rust which is very small is on Drivers Lower fender size of a Quarter thats it very Solid car it has Brand new Eagle St Tires on WS6 wheels.the interior will need full resto it is a T-top car and I do have the Tops interior color is black I just bought the car and will be adding more pictures thru the week so look at my FeedBack and Bid with Confidence I buy Quality Cars that need restoration car does have Clear Texas and i will help in any way with getting car on Transport.Please feel free to call or Email me with any Question I want you Happy with your Purchase.Merry Chistmas and Happy Holidays.I have added more Pictures of Trans am.I have done visual inspecton of body and the only rust that I can see is up at the rear of drivers fender and lower rear of driveres side fender very small.Qrts are solid no rust ,inner Wheelhouses are solid,doors are solid and straight,inside of trunk pan in good shape,The motor from what I can gather is a 77 XA 400-4 barrel L78 180 HP it does have 6X heads number 8 it looks like previous owner has put some mone into the motor doesn,t need much.I figure the wheels and tires alone are worth 800-1000.Car is a good canidate for Restoration it appears to be solid with any old car there will be things that come up I don,t have Xray Vision i know by looking at the car this T/A is in above average condition for restoration take that for what its worth.The car does have Clear texas title in Previous owners name it is signed if you like for what it cost to put in my name I will do that its normally about 65.00 dollars and it takes at least 3weeks more like 4 here in Texas.On Dec-15-10 at 14:45:25 PST, seller added the following information: Hello Everybody whated to update my post I have added pictures of interior it will need totaly redone I have one door panel drivers side I have the passenger side but it will need replaced.Seats are Complete needing recovered.Carpet is no Good it will need replaced.The Headliner is in good shape the driver side floor board is rust around the drain plug could be Patched up by the toe board is some pin holes but again just will need patched.The passenger side does have surface rust but in my Opinion it just needs sand blasted.The rear Passenger side floor board is rusted by the drain plug it will need a patch on driver side same thing drivers will need rear half patch.The inside by the b-pillar is in good shape also where door shut striker area is good no rust.The bottom of the door are in good shape the door Hinges will need replaced.the Decklid has some rust up by the Spoiler holes which is Typical of these cars it it repairable.The Trunk pan is in Good shape no rust .I have loaded as many pictures as Ebays allows if you need pictures of certain area please just email me I have pictures of the Floor Boards Thanks for looking
