This is a 1940 Willys pickup truck, ALL ORIGINAL, 100% REAL STEEL, NO HEMI, RARE ! For your consideration is a beautiful and rare original all steel 1940 Willys pickup truck that has been cosmetically restored. This pickup has been in storage in an attached garage with a cement floor for the past 20 years. It has been family owned for approximately 20 years and has never been driven on the road in those 20 years. This vehicle was professionally painted yellow approximately 15 years ago by Broadway Restorations in Broadway, NJ. The exterior of the vehicle, the cab floor, and pick up bed floor, sides and tailgate were relatively rust free prior to being professionally painted. After the vehicle was painted, it received a professionally installed light brown vinyl seat cover. This Willys starts, runs, drives and stops. The engine, transmission and rear end are all original. It has no hemi engine now and it never had one! The chassis, suspension, brakes, wheels and tires are 100% original. The 4 Firestone tires and spare tire were purchased from Coker Tire and are brand new with zero miles. You might note that some items are not presently on the Willys now but are included in the sale and are noted in the photos provided such as the speedometer, stainless steel trim, 4 hubcaps, a panel that goes under the hood,.etc . Please see the photos for greater detail. Missing item: The floor panel on the passenger side of the cab is missing. Please see photo. I have a clean NJ title for this vehicle.
