YOU ARE BIDDING ON AN ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL BMW 740. **PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS AN APROX 1 SECOND DELAY ON THE UPSHIFT FROM A TOTAL STOP!** ASIDE FROM THAT ONE SINGLE ISSUE THIS CAR PREFORMED EXCELLENT ON THE TEST DRIVE. I ABSOLUTELY FELL IN LOVE WITH IT AND COMPLETLY ENJOYED DRIVING THIS CAR! THE LEATHER IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. THE RIDE WAS PURELY PLEASUREABLE. THE FRONT SEATS ARE HEATED. THERE IS AN INSTALLED REMOTE CONTROLLED KENWOOD STEREO SYSTEM IN THE CAR. THE SUN ROOF OPERATED PROPERLY. THIS VEHICLE WOULD MAKE ANYONE AN EXCELLENT DAILY DRIVER! LETS GIVE SANTA A BREAK THIS YEAR AND PUT THE KEYS TO THIS BEAUTY UNDER YOUR TREE FOR THAT SPECIAL SOMEONE... OR FOR YOURSELF. HAPPY BIDDING FOLKS. KNOWN ISSUES: WOOD GRAIN ON SHIFTER HAS SOME 'CRACKING' BUT APPEARS TO BE "INSIDE" THE GRAIN AND NOT THROUGH TO THE SURFACE "NICK" IN THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE WINDSHIELD (CAN DEFINATELY BE FILLED) MINOR SCUFF/SCRATCH ON THE LEFT FRONT 1/4 PANEL LEFT DOOR HAS A SMALL DENT UNDER THE MIRROR LEFT DOOR HAS SOME LIGHT SCRATCHING AROUND THE HANDEL LEFT REAR 1/4 PANEL HAS A DENT AND SCUFF @ WHEEL WELL LIGHT SCRATCHING ON REAR BUMPER TRUNK HAS A SMALL DENT WITH SOME TOUCH-UP PAINT AT THE REAR RIGHT CORNER RIGHT REAR 1/4 PANEL HAS SOME LIGHT SCRATCHING RIGHT REAR DOOR HAS SOME DINGS AND SCRATCHES (NOT BAD) RIGHT FRONT DOOR HAS A FEW MINOR DINGS HOOD HAS A DENT ON THE RIGHT SIDE WITH SOME RUST AND PAINT CHIPPING SLOW ON THE UPSHIFT (I DONT THINK ITS A SLIPPING ISSUE BUT THE TRANS ~MAY~ NEED SERVICED) DO NOT BID UNLESS YOU INTEND TO PAY. We will do our best to accommodate you as much as possible. A 48 hour, verbally agreed upon, notice is required before pick up. Vehicle needs to be picked up by 10 days of auction end. While we do our best to describe the vehicle as accurately as possible and disclose any known defects with the vehicle, please keep in mind there are things that no one can anticipate. Please assume all vehicles will need gasoline and a complete tune up. We are not mechanics and are giving our best guess at issues. It is our policy to be as honest about any known issue or defect. All vehicles are sold AS/IS!! There is no warranty. We make a full disclosure of all known issues and any we find upon our test drive and inspection. If, for instance, tires are listed as poor, fair or good it is based upon our own opinion and we are as forthright as we can be. Whether it is a noise, smoke, a smell, not shifting etc., we let you know to the best of our ability. We strive to offer a decent reliable vehicle and help the community all at the same time through honest practices as inexpensively as possibly. We are constantly moving inventory so it is impossible for us to give an upcoming list of sales. We are disposing of vehicle donations and a few new vehicle trade-ins. The monies made on these purchases are then turned over to several non-profit charities respectively. We are not in the business of repairing vehicles.
