You are looking at a pretty unusual truck that you don't see very often. Not only is it a 4wd Stepside but its a stick with a six AND its the top of the line SLE edition so it has all the goodies.. Remote keyless entry with two remotes and keys, Power steering, locks and windows. It has map lights, cruise control, tilt wheel and A/C. To top it off it has map lights and power lumbar support on both of the split bench seats. I put in a nice Kenwood CD stereo so the tunes are pretty good as well I have all manuals for the truck and a toneau cover that is just OK.. nothing great but it will do the job. It has 4WD low and high and the shifter is manual so no electronic crapola to uh.. crap out on you when you need it the most. The 4WD works perfectly well It has GM's 4.3L V6 which is pretty darn powerful yet decent on fuel. And it has a 5 speed which is really unusual on a GMC. Everything works and works well on the truck.. It has spent its entire life in California and as such there is no rust anywhere. The bed has some light scrapes in it but no dents. I have a bedliner for it but took it out for the pictures so you can see everything. The paint is damn near perfect.. it shines and still retains the original red luster it had when new. No fading and it has always been waxed..There have never been any accidents and all panels are original. The engine purrs. I just did a full tuneup on the truck and flushed out all the fluids. The oil is fresh as well and has always been changed every 4-5K miles. Up til about 2 years ago, the truck belonged to my grandfather and it had only 28K miles on it. My father used it the last few years to commute to Los Angeles from San Jose area and as such the miles built up pretty quickly but they really are all freeway. The transmission shifts nicely and the engine uses no oil between changes. The seats are super comfy with the power lumbar support. The tires are Michelin and honestly have about 20K miles left on them I would say.. If you are going to use this in any snow, I would get better tires. If you are from California, its already smogged and ready to go. Its registered until July of 2011 so all you would pay would be 33 dollars to transfer to your name. I think you will be most happy with this truck.. I would keep it myself but I already have a beloved Jeep that my son would kill me if I ever sold so the truck needs to go. If you need help arranging shipping, I can help you with that. I have used Angels moving Autos for years when I was into restoring old cars and they are fantastic.. a couple of dollars higher than most but trust me, you get what you pay for. Fast and dependable and your truck wont end up somewhere south of the border. The spare tire is new. Never been used. The jack is there and is completeFuel economy.. Well that is subjective but I get about 17 around town and about 23 on the highway of course if you hot rod it, you will get less.. Not sure if this was an optional size for the 4x4. Original size would be 225/75/16 and the spare tire itself is 225/75/16 so I guess that answers that question! The tires are Michelin and they have about 15-20K left on them.. They would NOT be ideal for snow at this present time but hey! That just gives you an excuse to tell your wife/husband, you need NEW tires.. I also wanted to tell you that the pictures did not come out as big as I wanted them to. I have HUGE pictures that detail much better than what you see. And trust me, they are worth seeing! Just looking at the richness of the red paint is worth the price of me sending you larger pictures. Considering that the price of that is FREE, How could you not ask!?
