Vehicle Detail
We've had this car for about a year now; we've overhauled the transmission, installed a new cd-stereo system w/speakers, brakes, water pump, and many other updates. This is a great toy or a really classy everyday car, that I would classify as dependable enough to drive across the country. It is a 30 year old car, however, so we are selling it in "as is" condition. The interior is in OK condition, the fabric on the bottom parts of the seats are coming apart and the dash has cracks in it. The paint on the hood is flaking/fading. The driver's side rear tire has a slow leak in it. The hard top does not seem to leak. The tail pipe has a rattle sometimes. We have work receipts for some of the repairs we've done. I've copied some of the details below: water pump radiator hose wheel bolts anti-freeze transmission fluid brake fluid gears, hubs, bearings & fork 5th gear, trans gasket & seal brake pads transmission gears, hose, etc. overhaul transmission fuel pump replaced slave cylinder hose & bleed hydraulic clutch system new Jensen Radio, re-wiring & speakers installation We've also purchased new; and installed, the specific car battery that this car asks for. This is the second time the car has been listed. the first time the buyer did not pay. any bidders who have a rating of less than +10 will have their bid canceled. On Dec-08-10 at 16:43:01 PST, seller added the following information: Today we went out and started the Fiat for the first time in a month or so, and despite the cold temperatures (9 degrees) it started right up. We drove it to my brothers house and cranked up the heat in the garage so we could get some photos.
