This is a well-designed, reliable, fun-to-drive vehicle, with a lot of American military history behind it. The M38A1 was used in the Korean war, and had 24 volt electrics so it could run high power radios, recharge aircraft batteries, and carry machine guns. Starts and runs well, and has been regularly serviced and garaged. Original engine and transmission in good order. Brakes good. Paint excellent. Original 24 volt electrics. Gas tank relined with Redkote. New rear springs and shocks. New lighting management control switch - it has two lighting systems. New authentic non-directional tread military tires.
