LOW RESERVE Up for auction is my daily driver 1992 FORD EXPLORER XL, powered by 6 cylinders 4.0 liters engine and automatic transmission and rear wheel drive 4x2. The Explorer has 131000 original miles, we're the 2nd owners of this vehicle, the motor is plenty of power, doesn't burn oil, or overheats, and days ago passed the emission control test ( California Smog Check) without any problem at all. Transmission shift smooth in all gears, only in the morning when the car is cold, in drive position, is shifting the 2nd gear after 4 or 5 blocks of driving it, after that, the problem disappear, may need new transmission fluid and filter. It has a clean interior, stereo was upgraded with a AM/FM CD unit, heater is working good, the AC may need charge, and it has tinted windows. All the suspension bushings were replaced same the 4 shock absorbers, the explorer drives nicely for a 18 years old. Tires in the front are brand new, and both on the rear are in very good condition. This is a rust free car, the paint is very shiny and looks original to me, with only a minor scratch on passenger rear door, all the electric system is working properly, lights, gauges, alternator, etc The SUV has clear California title, is currently registered until October 2011, and All sales are subject to $50 fee for Smog Check.
