1984 Buick Grand National with T-Tops. Converted to v8 with a WC T5 five speed manual transmission with hydraulic clutch. 3.42 posi rear. full sway bar and frame reinforcement package. Engine is a 1966 327ci with 1987 caprice cop car heads with fabricated aluminum valve covers. taylor wires HEI distributor with edelbrock aluminum performer intake and 600cfm carb with electric choke. Aluminum radiator with electric fan and aluminum shroud. True dual flowmaster exhaust with jegster dual hump transmission crossmember. Inspection is good till 10/12. Interior is out of a cutlass with bucket seats and grand national console converted to five speed Hurst competition shifter. brand new carpet. Car runs beautiful. Only 2000 made in 1984 and even less with t-tops. can be converted back to original with original drivetrain (not included). power windows, power locks, power antenna (currently not working), power trunk (currently not working), power driver seat, tilt column, factory carpeted trunk with factory spare and jack. Original GM t-top bag (1). Alpine stereo with factory concert surround sound with upgraded kicker speakers. Has hidden mount (no holes drilled in dash) 3-3/8 autometer phantom tachometer off side of dash and dual 2-1/16 gauge pod in console with oil pressure and water temperature gauges both are autometer phantom. I am including after market tubular rear upper control arms which have urethane bushings and are powder coated red. Heater blows hot air. Air conditioning would need to be recharged possibly replace the hoses. Rear springs are brand new Moog and has KYB gr2 rear shocks which are brand new. here are the problems: has holes in the bottom of doors which are very fixable but I am not a body guy. needs weatherstripping. Does not leak unless it is a very heavy rainstorm. windows rattle because it needs window sweeps which are now being reproduced. Needs front end gone over. I am including brand new energy suspension bushings. I would also replace springs shocks ball joints and brakes. Needs alignment. I drive the car everyday so it does not seem dangerous I would just do it to make it ride nicer. But it does NOT ride terrible. needs a new glove box lock/latch so the door is currently not installed. I have the original leir zeigler seats that came in the 84 GN only. The seats are in pieces and would to need to be recovered. Headliner and door panels have been recovered. Currently has original 84 gn wheels with Goodyear eagle gt II with plenty of tread left. Bumper fillers are brand new. overall car is straight but does have some dents and dings. Paint is not perfect but does shine up very nice. Car must have been repainted at one point so it wouldnt hurt to possibly rub it out. call me for any questions or email me 856-217-7400
