'36 Dodge LC-86 pick up hot rod dry lake dragster Cab is chopped 8" & channeled 4" over a boxed, tubed, Z'd (professionally built), frame with a suicide drop. Rebuilt solid Chevy 350, duel Edelbrock 500cfm carbs, Edelbrock duel intake manifold, THM 400 automatic & torque converter rebuilt at Transmission Sales & Service of Tacoma. Lokar 28” shifter topped with a 8” beer tap handle. Mopar 8 3/4 rear end, adjustable five link rear suspension with coil-overs, Speedway Motors Chevy front disk brake kit, duel exhaust, header corks, and chrome tips with spark plug bungs and 12 volt coils attached. Headwinds 7" hi/lo sealed beam conversion headlights, "59 Cadillac tail lights, LED front turn signals, 15 gallon beer keg gas tank, Coker Firestone wide, wide white wall’s on 15” steel wheels with lakes moon type caps. Safari flip up windshield, ammo box glove compartment. The oil, voltage, and water gages are back lit for driving at night. The mexican blanket door panels are currently on the hot rod. Run's great, drive's great, 100% reliable. No worries about poor frame construction, just check out the welds. I drive to Mt. Rainier, Seattle, Bremerton, and all over the Puget Sound and down to Oregon day or night in this hot rod and have never had any problems.
