This means that it was paid off by an insurance company. It has been inspected by the state and is ready for the road. It has some cosmetic damage, which I have carefully shown in the pics. There are scuffs, a few hairline cracks in the bodywork and the glass on the speedo is cracked. The tires are both in nice shape. This bike has been serviced and test driven at highway speeds. It is straight, runs well, and is ready to go. This bike has only 5879 miles. It has the license plate relocator, which is shown in the pics. I put a new battery in this bike today.
