Reason for selling: Purchased a newer Jetta Exterior: Excellent, no accidents, no repainting, minor scrapes on aluminum wheels, minor pitting on hood front from sand/stones, minor abrasions where plastic mudflaps used to touch fenders, 50% tread remaining on tires Interior: Excellent, non-smoking and no odors except that typical VW crayon smell, no rips or tears, minimal fading in fabrics, scuffing on door pulls Mechanical: Excellent, new brakes front and rear, new shocks and struts, new glow plug wire harness, new filters (engine, cabin, fuel, transmission), no leaks, no problems Features: Cruise control, PW, PL, Remote keyless entry (2 remotes and 1 valet key), Sunroof, A/C, 60/40 split folding rear seats, Height adjustable front bucket seats, 6 airbags (driver and passenger frontal, side curtain, and front seat side torso), Pioneer head unit with remote control Known Issues: Broken glovebox latch (latch still works however plastic retaining sockets in the handle cracked which caused the handle to fall out of glovebox door - handle can still be inserted into glovebox door to open) Historical Issues: Glowplug faults (fixed with new glowplugs and new glowplug harness), Injection pump leak (fixed with new head o-ring), Brakelight switch (fixed via VW recall), Window regulator failures (fixed through VW dealership) Maintenance: Regular oil changes and tire rotations every ~5000 miles, regular filter changes (engine, cabin, fuel) every ~1 year, timing belt/water pump change (100,000 mile hardware) at 84,135 miles, all service records available Questions: Contact me at kehall2@gmail.com
