I found and purchased the Omega the first of this year. It still belonged to the original owner until she passed and I bought it from her estate. It had always been garaged with mostly original paint and near perfect interior. It did have some paint work on the front, probably from a fender bender years ago. Actual mileage is shown. Southern Solid, no rust ever! Nicely optioned with factory air, power windows, power door locks, AM/Fm stereo, tinted windows, GM factory floor mats, remote outside driver's mirror, power steering, and power disc/drum brakes. Interior condition is excellent with no tears in upholstery or carpets. It does need roof pillar interior plastic trim front and rear. The rest of the interior including headliner, sun visors, arm rest, door panels, kick panels, steering wheel, and even the dash pad are in great condition. Glass looks great with factory tint and wiper blades are new to keep it that way. All in all the little sedan has lots of curb appeal even with the thin original paint. I now have another project and no longer have inside storage space for this car so i'm offering it for your consideration. Seldom do you find one this well preserved. The original drivetrain is in really good condition with only sixty two thousand miles. The engine is a 3.8L V6 backed by a 350 turbo transmission and a final drive ratio of 2:56 to 1:00 for a fuel efficient package. The tires have very few miles and look fine with very deep tread and no visible sidewall cracking but you should know they were installed pryor to the sedan being placed in storage in 1999. That way you make your own call. When the car was removed from storage it was serviced and the battery replaced. Prior to my purchase the alternator was also replaced. The two hundred mile trip home was without incident and it has run great since. There are no fluid leaks or drips from engine, transmission, or differential. The car runs and drives as it should with no smoke or noise. Even on a coast to coast trip my only concern would be the age of the tires. When I first bought the car I thought everything worked but now the AC does not. I haven't had it checked and it was Janurary when I bought it so I'm not sure. When I got the car it came with full documentation. I have the original Alabama title and first registration. All the owners books are included. The original factory window sticker is still there and even the build sheet is with the car. The Tennessee Emissions Certificate shown was required before I registered it and it passed with no issue. I hold a clear Tennessee title in my name to transfer ownership to the winner. There is nothing left to chance because you can see just what you're buying.
