I have found that the salvage rebuilders that I buy from Insurance companies are much better because the vehicle was in service and doing fine until damaged.

This is a strong running 2000 Dodge Ram 1500 pick up with the "LARAMIE SLT" package and the popular 5.9L V-8 that sounds great and has a smooth shifting automatic o/d transmission and 2wd.

The damage is what you can see in the pictures. Left front fender that will repair, headlamp assembly and bumper. The hood, grille, radiator & condensor are fine. The bumper was removed for inspection before I got the truck which makes it better to see behind it. I have road tested and it drives fine except for some issues with the steering because I believe the left front corner of the bumper hit the tire and did no damage but is out of alignment as the steering wheel is not in position. I took pictures of the front suspension and don't see anything bent but with this and the obvious damage from the accident it would be best to trailer if you can, just to get home without any unforseen problems.

The overall truck is in good shape for the age and the miles are about average at just a bit over 15,000 per year. The truck has no rust or hail, just normal wear & tear.

The interior is also good for the age and has no major issue and will look like the pics . The air blows cold and all the power options work as they should. The inside is clean with look and smell of a non-smoker.
