1972 Mercury Cougar it was a 351 from the factory, it is now a 460, C-6 transmission and a 3.55 Posi 9 inch rear end. I'm relisting this car because the last buyer did not come up with the payment, so please if you are new to Ebay, before entering in to a bid contact me, I reserve the right to cancel the bid from people with no purchase history on Ebay, as well I reserve the right to cancel the auction any time, the car is offer for sale locally. This is no reserve auction, please only bids from people who intend to buy the car. First lets go over the bad stuff: the car need a paint job,the interior needs LTC, the driver fender has a torn spot (I have replacement fender and is included), the heater core is by passed and needs to be replaced, the battery has a quick disconnect and if the battery stays connected without running the car for about a week the battery will be dead, the front grill emblem is missing, the corner bezel on driver side is missing a piece. Now the good stuff: ar has strong 460 motor, with all new gaskets and seals, Edelbrock intake, New HEI electronic ignition, New dual line Holley 750, New water pump, New belts, New power steering hoses, New radiator and hoses, New battery, New brakes on front and back, New 2 1/2 inch aluminized exhaust with flow masters, New 2400 stall torque converter and B&M shift kit, Rebulid Ford 9 inch positiractionwith 31 spline axles and 3.55 gears, New dash cap, New carpet, New white faced tach and gauges, New floor pans, New air shock on the back, New door and quarter glass seals, The glass is in perfect shape, New statrerand GM one wire alternator.
