K1 carburetors cleaned and rebuilt and sync’d with Carbtune Chrome and professionally polished side covers and valve cover. Allen’s all around All connections in stock K1 wire harness cleaned or replaced with vintage bullet connectors New battery All electrical works perfectly Tank is clean. No filters required. Both handlebar switches rebuilt and cleaned for perfect operation NOS halogen headlight Paint in perfect condition – no dents K1 gas cap and latch – chrome perfect No rust or pits in chrome Frame, battery holder, swing arm and ALL black parts cleaned and re-painted – no rust Engine cleaned and re-painted Cylinders honed to accept new NOS standard pistons and rings Geared 17/48 like the original early K1s – runs strong Factory ported early K1 head cleaned and polished Valves cleaned and polished and re-seated 300 miles on top end. Rings seated perfectly. Top end like new New throttle cables and clutch cable Fork lowers polished New rubber grips, pegs, boots. Rear shocks original black top K1 shocks that actually have gas in them and work perfectly. Nuts and bolts cleaned, polished or replaced. New o-ring chain Original K1 plastic chain guard – no cracks or tears New fork caps New tires Rebuilt tachometer and speedometer with new faces and chrome backings. Bike has 11000 miles but replacement speedometer shows 35K so I left it like that Master cylinder polished and re-anodized black and then honed and new rebuild kit installed. Front caliper cleaned, re-painted and re-built. Center stand not installed but restored/repainted and works with this muffler set-up. Rear fender has couple small dents but no rust or pits. Miirrors could use replacing. 1. That’s it. 2. Clean California title in my name – no back fees.
