This auction will be for a 2001 Audi TT Quattro Roadster. We will be selling this Audi Wholesale ONLY, dealers please inquire. Its a nice car but has a lot of small things that need to be fixed and is NOT a retail ready car. This All Wheel Drive two door sport convertible has a Gray exterior finish with a Tan leather interior. It comes nicely equip with power windows, power door locks, power mirrors, tilt wheel steering, air conditioning, cruise control, heated seats, the Bose am/fm/cassette stereo, dual front and side airbags and a glass back window with rear defrost. The drivetrain is a strong and smooth running 1.8 liter five valve per cylinder high output turbocharged four cylinder engine with a manual six speed transmission and Audi's Quattro AWD traction control. The four cylinder engine runs very well and starts right up. The clutch has recently been replaced and the six speed shifts smooth. The AWD traction is also working fine and this is a good solid running and driving car. The power steering whines when first started but does quiet done some after the engine has been running. Everything else mechanically seems to be in good shape. The brakes, exhaust, suspension etc. The Audi starts right up, idles good and drives out good as well. The non smokers Tan leather interior has a good overall appearance but does have some wear. The driver's seat bolster is torn and will need to be repaired and there are some wear areas on the leather wrapped steering wheel and seat bottoms. Other than that though that's really it. The carpet is in good shape, the seats sit fine, the console and shifter are in good shape, the dash is in good shape and all the power options are working. There are a lot of dash lights on, like the check engine light, air bag, etc. Overall everything is pretty good and it will clean up better. The Gray exterior body although appears to be all original does have its damage. There was a small hit to the right front (see pics), a crease along the rear of the drivers door into the rear quarter, some scuffs on the rear bumper cover and the alloy wheels are pretty much shot. The wheels have scratches, chips, clear coat fading and brake dust. The body is reasonably straight though as far as originality goes. We see no signs of any previous accidents or repairs, the convertible top (which works perfectly) is in excellent shape with no holes or repairs and all the glass is also in good shape. The Audi has its share of small scratches and damage as described, but is still a first time looking vehicle. There is no rust or rot or any unmentioned damage. With 138,132 miles this 2001 Audi Quattro TT Roadster is a super sport convertible to own. It does need some work as mentioned, but the engine and transmission are strong. Basically it needs cosmetic work to it and have it gone through before its going to be retail ready. The tires are Good Eagle GT ZR rated and in great shape. This is a local one-owner new car dealer trade in and overall a right car for the right person. If this is your mid-life crisis car, this particular one is not for you. Probably has the normal cosmetic wear, but is in very nice clean condition. 3: Does have more noticeable cosmetic flaws, but still has a nice appearance and is a mechanically sound vehicle. 4: May have more than the normal amount of cosmetic flaws and/or need mechanical work, but still is a decent vehicle. 5: Vehicle needs work and/or cosmetics. May run and drive, but has problems. 6: Non operating vehicle. Probably best used for parts. + : Indicates a stronger numerical rating. - : Indicates a lesser numerical rating. B)Massachusetts does not issue temporary license plates. So we use this standard procedure for out of state transactions. We ask that the buyer makes full payment on the vehicle. Once payment has been received and cleared, we will overnight mail to you the title and our bill of sale. At this point the buyer can register and acquire plates for pick up. Every State tends to have different laws so please check your state first if this is a concern. C)To Fly-In-Drive-Home, please use Logan Airport, Boston, MA. as the airport of choice. From there take the Logan Express Shuttle to Woburn, MA.
