UP FOR BID 1969 FJ40 This truck had a partial restoration 5 yrs ago including all body panels have been refinished and repainted but paint is starting to show it's age and there are a few minor scratches, top was rebuilt with new gasket and all stainless screws, all interior parts have been painted. 99% of parts to complete restoration will be included in sale, such as: emblems, hardware, door gaskets, ect. Truck was running and driveable before restoration 5 yrs ago. Truck has not run since, engine turns freely by hand and seems that it will run with some minor mechanic work. Truck is all original, including 6 cylinder engine, 3 speed transmission and original axels. Undercarriage frame and parts have surface rust, they have not been restored, but there is no rot on truck. Selling due to loss of storage three months ago, truck is currently outside and I don't want to see it sit outside for the winter. No time to complete project, but will make a great truck for someone who has the time and space to complete restoration. Seller makes no gaurantees on the mechanics of the truck such as, engine, transmission, clutch, brakes, steering, ect, since it is unkown.
