This is a nice very low milage packard, I am selling it for my dad, he does not have time to drive it so it just sits most of the time in his warehouse. He has owned the car since 1993. He purchased it from Cape Elizabeth Maine in Jan. of 1993. He had it repainted in Oct.of 1993 and the int was redone shortly thereafter. The car still runs but needs some work, such as the brakes are siezed up from sitting and the carb. needs a kit.The parking brake works and could be used to test drive or load the car but only for a short distance.The car was very solid when it was repainted and still looks good from a distance but there is some rust starting to bubble at the bottom of the doors. The hood hinges from side to side and the hood is cracked on both sides at these points. There is a dent on the roof where a tree limb fell on it one night during a storm when my dad had drove it to his house and had not put it back in the warehouse. The chrome will need to be redone also. It would make an pretty easy resto. project for someone. My dad says this is the correct miles and knows more of the history of the car than I do, I will include his phone # so you can call him for more info. The car is with me in Elizabethton Tn. 37643 The car has a bill of sale only and I dont think it was ever titled in maine and my dad just drove it in parades and so forth so he never titled it either.
