Originally a California Car, this 1966 Dodge Dart GT 273 Convertible was restored and has been in Pennsylvania for the past 6 years. It has undergone a frame on restoration including an engine and transmission rebuild. The original interior is in excellent condition and includes the correct optional wood steering wheel.top. The power convertible top operates smoothly and is also in excellent condition. The radio was converted to modern internals and is now FM. The engine compartment is stunning, and shows off the rebuilt high performance 273 4 barrel V8. Many correct details include the battery, valve covers, hose clamps, and air cleaner add to this quality restoration. The trunk is clean and tidy and includes the correct trunk mat and original jack. The free flow exhaust has a wonderful Mopar rumble and includes the correct original chrome tip. The chrome bumpers are beautiful as is most of the trim. Only the tail light bezels and a few moulding parts are showing some age. These can be easily stripped and re-chromed if perfection is desired.
