This is a true survivor from the 50’s. In 1961 the car was put in a barn in Oklahoma. I purchased it five years ago It now has surface rust from being outside. I put some spray can Rust –O –lem on it to stop the rusting. There are a few spaces on the car that have rusted thru , but they are very small. If I were going to keep it I would replace the rocker panels, but the other rust spots are very small and patch able. The car still has its original flat head engine, a few missing parts. As you can see in the picture, air cleaner, heater tank are still there. It has a three speed manual transmission with over drive. It is missing the drive shaft, the rear end is on the car. There are a few dents on the car. Has you can see there is a dent above the gas filler door. There are no sharp edges on it and would not take much to pop it out. There is a dent on top of the right front fender, but very small. The car has all of its trim except the two front parking lights. When I took the pictures I put some Ford hub caps on it, they do not go with the car. When I purchased the car I was going to build a real lead sled after I retired. But now that I am retired I have Parkinson’s and unable to do the work. Call 913-851-4439 with questions.
