1985 Mercedes 380SL Convertible ONE MORE TIME BEFORE I PUT IT AWAY FOR THE WINTER. THIS TIME NO RESERVE Here is a very nice Mercedes 380SL. I think this is the best color combination of all, silver blue with blue interior. I purchased this car from the second owner who only drove it 10,000 miles. I was told the first owner was a doctor who cared for and maintained the car meticulously. Always on time synthetic oil changes and whatever else was needed at regular service intervals. New Perelli tires, battery, and muffler all recently installed. The interior is in great shape even with the usual dashboard cracks. The dark blue soft top is in excellent condition. The matching hardtop has a couple of scratches in the clear coat. This car is in overall great condition for a 25 year old vehicle. The paint is shiny and deep with fewer than normal imperfections. I found no surface rust on the body and the underside is very solid. I believe everything on the car works however I purchased this car to collect and never got the chance to drive it.
