The VW Beetle has long been the standard for dependablilty and MPG's and when you add the TDI it is second to none. This Beetle is no different. It is a CARFAX 2 Owner and has never been involved in an accident according to CARFAX. The miles are low with only 87k and that is nothing for a diesel engine. The Beetle starts perfectly each time and the diesel engine purrs at idle. The engine performs flawlessly throughout all speeds with no issues at all. The transmission shifts perfect in all of the gears no slips or funny noises. The exterior is in very good condition for the age of the Beetle. There are far fewer dings and dents than most cars its age. There are only a couple of small door dings and a couple of scratches on the roof where someone had a bike rack at one time(see pics) they have been touched up. The interior is in above average condition. The seats show very little wear, carpet is very nice and all of the panels are prestine. All indications point to this being a NON-SMOKER. It also comes with factory all-weather rubber floor mats. All of the power equipment works as it should. The tires are fairly new and will not need to be replaced for a while. Autocheck says there is a mileage issue however CARFAX has better records on this car and stands behind the miles being actual at 87k miles. I too believe these to be the correct miles after my own research into the matter. We are selling the VW to have actual miles.
