It was built in in Germany in December of 2007 and imported into the USA in January of 2008. It was sold Brand New by Suncoast Audi in Sarasota Florida on June 6th of 2008 with just 35 miles on the odometer to the vehicles one and only owner who lived in Fort Lauderdale Florida, an affluent area. This one and only original owner purchased this A6 Avant on a lease and had the A6 Avant normally serviced at Braman Audi in Palm Beach Florida. This owner decided that after enjoying this A6 Avant for the term of it's lease that it was time for something different. This owner turned in this A6 Avant with just 70,791 miles on the odometer on August 27th of 2010. I just bought this A6 Avant directly from the bank who provided the lease to offer for sale here on eBay. The overall condition of the vehicle is very good. If you really try to find things to knit pick... It does have a few minor microchips on the hood and a couple of minor hairline scratches or scuffs here or there, but nothing that takes anything away from this amazingly beautiful machine. The rear bumper has a few minor scuffs and scratches as well. The leather looks beautiful and shows very little if any wear. The paint shines with a beautiful gloss. Some of the rims have minor curb rash. Mechanically she is excellent. It starts right up and purrs... She is very peppy and I drove it on the highway and the engine had plenty power to give me. I have two advanced keys, one wallet key, and one valet key, the full owners manuals, the NAV DVD, ther cargo management system, and the original set of carpet floormats. The tires on this Audi are Michelin Pilot HX MXM4's and have approx 55% of the tread life left on them. They are the proper P245/40R18's in the front and in the rear.
