Payments:A deposit of $500.00 payment must be paid within 24 hours of the close of the Auction. When the deposit has been submitted, "Buyer" MUST fax or scan a copy of their valid, state-issued driver's license. The remaining balance must be paid at time of delivery if picking up or before delivery if being transported. If payment is made by cashier's or personal check, we will hold all titles for 10 days or until funds have cleared.
Title Information: Vehicle titles may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments of up to 30 days from the time we pay a vehicle off. I use the information as a basic guide, but I do not trust that the information is complete enough to pledge the complete integrity of the vehicle. We recondition our cars to the fullest. We may pull out the dings, or touch up chips, or even paint a bumper cover to make the car right for our next customer. We road test our cars, and inspect the undercarriages as well. I will do my very best to describe the condition of the exterior and the interior of the cars. There may be normal blemishes or chips, or surface scratches.
