This auction will be for a nice original 2001 Ford Explorer Sport. This two door four wheel drive sport utility vehicle has a nice White exterior finish with a clean Darker Gray cloth interior. This Explorer also comes nicely equip with power windows, power door locks, power mirrors, tilt wheel steering, air conditioning, cruise control, a factory am/fm/cd player, dual SRS airbags, a power drivers seat, rear window wiper and rear window defrost. The drivetrain is a smooth and strong running 4.0 liter SOHC V6 engine with an automatic overdrive transmission, a dual zone select switch four wheel drive system and four wheel disc brakes. The V6 engine runs very well and there are no oil leaks, smoke or problems. The automatic transmission shifts good and the four wheel drive and other mechanics of this Explorer are also in great shape and what you would expect from a 74K mile vehicle. We have all our vehicles serviced and safety inspected before we sell them and this Explorer checks out great. It is a nice reliable vehicle that starts, runs and drives out very well. The non smokers Darker Gray cloth interior has a nice clean appearance. There is a full floor console, a fold down rear seat, headrest, full gauges and factory floor mats. The cloth seating is soft and there are no rips or tears. There are no missing or broken trim items and the seats, floor carpet, dash panel and door panels all look great. All the lights and gauges are working as they should, including the air conditioning and overall everything is in order with the original owners manual included. The White exterior also looks sharp. The paint has a nice shine and we see no signs of any previous accidents or repairs. The paint and body panels are all straight and this Explorer has factory tinted glass, roof racks, side step rails and factory 16" alloy wheels. All the trim and glass is in good shape and the body has no rust. There is some light rust starting on the side rails, but overall not too bad. Overall this is a clean looking vehicle with that hard to find first time original appearance. With only 74,236 miles this one owner, new car dealer trade-in, 2001 Ford Explorer Sport two door four wheel drive SUV is a nice family vehicle to own. It is also an excellent daily driver as well. The engine and mechanics are in excellent condition and the cosmetics look nice inside and out. The tires are in good shape as well and the nice condition of this Explorer makes it evident it has always been a well maintained vehicle. Overall this a nice vehicle and for a nice price. We will not accept Paypal transfers over $250. Financing is not available at this time. 7)DELIVERY METHODS: A)Door to door shipping is acceptable. There are an endless number of transporters and brokers ready to serve you. We recommend you search the Internet for quotes prior to bidding. We will assist with the delivery any way we can. B)Massachusetts does not issue temporary license plates. So we use this standard procedure for out of state transactions. We ask that the buyer makes full payment on the vehicle. Once payment has been received and cleared, we will overnight mail to you the title and our bill of sale. At this point the buyer can register and acquire plates for pick up. Every State tends to have different laws so please check your state first if this is a concern. C)To Fly-In-Drive-Home, please use Logan Airport, Boston, MA. as the airport of choice. From there take the Logan Express Shuttle to Woburn, MA. This is about a ten minute ride and a courtesy pick up from us is available at that point. 8)Payment is to be received in full and all payment methods must clear before the release of the vehicle and/or any paperwork can be given. 9)Unless agreed upon, the vehicle is to be picked up within (7) days.
