Vehicle Detail

We have available a totally custom 1927 Ford Model T Pickup that was built by a friend of the family. Pop's Gutshaker was built over a period of years and only has a few actual miles on the build. Pop is an avid note taker so there is little about this vehicle that is not documented. In addition to the car you will also receive a packet of info that has a full list of the parts and components that were installed as well as a diary that has small notations of when, what and how this fun ratrod was put together. You seldom will find a builder that was more dedicated to documenting a build. No guessing what was used! Take a few minutes to look at the pics and read all the detail. If interested please contact us and make an offer or setup an appointment to take a look at this great ratrod! The truck is actually 1930 Ford Model A front frame rails mated to a 1962 Corvette rear section. The body style is that of a 1927 Fortd Model T pickup. It was built using a 4 Door sedan body that was shortened to become the 2 door cab. It needs mentioning that the cab with the current seat is a very tight fit for larger or taller guys. Reconfiguring the seat might get someone more room but as it is right now it is a tight cab. The bed was owner fabricated. There will be a full list of the different components later in the listing. The body is finished in a mat gray primer and all the pinstripping and detail art was loving hand painted by Pop's. The engine is a 1969 Corvette 327 with a 338 inch displacement. It was machined professionally. The engine is mated to a Summit TH-350 tranny with a Hays Flexplate flywheel. (More detailed specs to follow in listing.)
