1968 Porsche 912 Coupe. This was a local car that had a lot of work done and then became a stalled out project. . Its pretty clear that someone put quite a bit of time and money into building an R groupe type car, the rear arches have been done in RS flairs. From what I can tell it's a very nice job and looks factory. The front fenders appear to be 69-73 units. The car shows very well and the paint while not perfect is quite good. The floorpans have been done with non factory metal, the front suspension pan has been worked on and is solid. The rear suspension mounting points have significant rust and will need considerable work. As nice as the paint is, I would deal with the rust and leave everything else as is if I were to keep it around. It would make a great "R" type project and is already part of the way there with the flairs, fuchs, new rs carpet kit, etc. I would sell stuff in a carbed 3.0 911 engine and enjoy. We can and are happy to assist international buyers with shipping and customs. A local viewing is available with appointment. Car comes with a notarized bill of sale as most southern states do not issue title for vehicles of this vintage. This is fine for registering the car or for shipment to Europe. No engine or trans is included but I have a 69 912 motor and 901 trans available for an extra $1500.
