This 94 Mazda Protege' DX is up for auction. It has a 1.8 liter 4 cylinder single over head cam engine with automatic transmission. I bought this car out of Westmoreland Tn in May of this year for 650.00. Trailered it home and started working on it. Many new and some used parts. NEW; Water pump, thermostat, radiator flush,antifreeze, starter,spark plugs,spark plug wires,ignition cap, ignition rotor, air filter, oil, oil filter, timing belt,alternator belt, power steering & a/c belt, front brake pads, calipers, rotors,cv-axle right side, after market classic style steering wheel, full size spare tire. Used; front & rear seats along with back dash pad including the third brake light. Have over 600.00 just in parts not counting labor. Bought this car to drive back and forth from Gallatin Tn to Goodlettsville Tn twice a day (split shift). Figuring the mileage on mostly highway driving was around 27 miles to the gallon. Good car over all. Great gas mileage. Has dings and dents here and there. Good tires. All the glass is in great shape. The bad thing is it just blew the head gasket (started blowing white smoke out the tailpipe and its coming from the radiator) so i parked it before any more damage would happen. Just have no spare time to replace the head gasket. Also the car has a/c but needs charged. I have about 1200.00 of my hard earned money in this Mazda. Just needs the head gasket changed and the a/c charged up and i think it would make a great car for someone. Payment; Cash in hand or PayPal only.
