For sale is a 1984 rx-7 that has been transformed into a spec-7 race car. If you have heard of this class, then you know it is an affordable way to go racing. The car currently does not have a motor in it. I do however have enough parts to build a good motor and have a ton of spares. The only thing missing is 1 apex seal and the coolant o-ring's. It has a built transmission and rear-end, both of which comply to the rules. Mazda speed motor mounts, racing beat header and breather. A couple of auto meter gauges, a kirkey aluminum seat, simpson 5 point harnesses, simpson window net. Diamond racing wheels with toyo proxy ra-1's mounted, 6 stock wheels. Electric fan, holley external fuel pump. Spec suspension and auto power roll cage. I haven't raced it since 2008, it was a solid top 5. Exterior is in great shape for a spec-7 racer, it has new front fenders with 0 races on them. There are a few small dings here and there. In order to bring the car up to date to comply to the new rules, another door bar needs to be welded in on the passenger side and some sort of head restraint, I use a HANS so this wasn't an issue for me. I do not have a title for the car, I bought it this way so I will sell it the same way, besides, it's not a street car anyways. So far this car has sold twice on eBay, both of which were some sort of scam where the buyer would send me the payment, plus enough for me to cover shipping, and then I was to transfer the funds to a shipping company overseas. eBay cancelled both of these sales and here it is again.
